LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Wadsworth Design, Inc., (“WDI”) warrants to the original purchaser that all equipment and salon furniture is free from material defects in material and workmanship for a limited period of time starting from the original date of purchase. All equipment and salon furniture comes with a limited 2-year warranty, except styling chair frame, cutting station frame and cabinet base frames which come with a limited 20-year warranty; hydraulic pumps which come with a limited 2-year warranty with a replacement cost of $60 for hydraulic pumps up to five years after 2-year period; all Blum brand cabinet hardware including hinges, drawer slides, hinge plates and fixing plates which come with a limited life time warranty. ALL equipment and salon furniture are to be used and operated by qualified, trained, licensed professionals ONLY. WDI is NOT liable for any improper use of equipment and furniture or any other consequential damages, including without limitation fire, water, abuse or misuse. WDI does not warrant color variation with wood, fabric, and laminated materials. Fabrics and laminated materials are not warranted against wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, peeling, chipping, all of which are influenced by the user created environment or to the care of which the product is exposed to during use. This limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement and remain at our discretion. Accessories and replacement parts may be available for purchase on select merchandise. Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers is not authorized by WDI voids all product warranties and may adversely affect equipment performance. Warranty service is provided by WDI only and requires that the product(s) be shipped and delivered to WDI for repair. The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair centers. Customers must receive prior authorization from WDI before merchandise subject to our warranty is shipped. Claims are to be made in writing to info@wadsworthdesign.com and must include pictures and a description of the claimed defect. This warranty is a warranty of replacement and does not include the removal of defective parts or the reinstallation of the replacement parts, nor any equipment or furniture not installed by WDI. WDI is not responsible for any consequential damages and injuries resulting from equipment/furniture failure or service delays. In the event the defective product has been discontinued, WDI reserves the right to replace the defective product with a comparable current product.
These warranties are the only relief available. THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLOUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WDI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, EVEN IF IT HAS REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THEY ARE POSSIBLE. These warranties give you specific legal Rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranties provided herein do not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages. WDI does not authorize anyone, including its dealers, to create for it any other warranty obligations, or liability in connection with its products.
This warranty is non-transferable.
